Hi, I'm Bianca.

I have been a working actor since the 90's. Maybe your subconscious is currently being haunted by one of my 85-ish commercials over the last 15 years?? I have done some tv as well, so I have definitely gained an intrinsic understanding of what means to make a living as an actor.

As a hypnotherapist, I have worked with aaaallll kinds of people to help them liberate themselves... from themselves, and I LOVE it.

I do this work because I love actors. All artists, really.

Artists are the dreamers, the seekers, the believers. It takes a lot of balls to decide to go with your heart into acting instead of a choosing a career that others may have deemed more "reasonable."

I get it because that's what I did when I decided to be an actor and that's what I continued to do when I decided to become a hypnotherapist! I have my hypnotherapy practice and continue to do commercials, (which I would be happy to give you a few pointers in that department if you like). Some people think hypnotherapy is a bit of an odd choice until they hear my story, and that's ok, I used to think it was pretty weird idea too! Until I stopped a 16-year smoking habit, released 2 phobias and (re?)gained a sense of peace that I never knew was possible. No biggie.

I want to nurture your creative spirit so you feel empowered with confidence in what you do! I want you to know for sure that you are significant and your voice is important!

It is a myth that artists are supposed to be crazy, unreliable, unhappy, have rocky relationships, self-soothe with alcohol, blah, blah, blah. Let go of the drama of being a suffering artist.

You can be reliably creative, sleep peacefully, eat healthfully, maintain relationships AND be an artist.

I know, crazy right?!
