Includes a super positive and encouraging recording that can be played at bedtime.
The number of sessions depends on the issues being addressed and what will best serve the needs of each individual child.

Custom Recording
I offer professionally produced recordings made after a 20-minute consultation so we can discuss what you would like to achieve and rewire. Within 2 days the recording is completed and sent as a Dropbox link for you to download and listen to daily for 28 days. The repetition of listening to the recording instills new beliefs, habits and behaviors.
$250 phone call and recording
*Currently health insurance is not accepted, but if you consult with your carrier, they may partially cover your hypnotherapy. Either way, you can be provided with a receipt for your sessions.
